John Luttrell and wife Margaret, Abraham Childers and John Luttrell by their attorney Jane Duncan, for $500, to Benjamin January, 100 acres in Jefferson Co. TN, part of a tract of land formerly belonging to estate of Joseph McCullah decd, adj. Henry Dicks corner. Wit. Alexander Douglass, Saml. Evans. Rec. in Jefferson Co. TN on oath of wit.
6 Feb. 1835, Jane Duncan, Margaret Evans, Saml. Evans and Martha McCullah (by their attorney Samuel Evans), all heirs at law of estate of Joseph McCullah Jr. decd, quit claim to the heirs of Joseph McCullah, Jane Kaliast, land in line of old tract which said McCullah Sr. lived on at his death, McCullah orig. corner, land 62 poles x 62 poles (no acreage). Wit. Samuel A. Evans, Matilda J. Evans. Rec. on oath of wit.
7 Feb. 1835, Margaret Evans and Nancy McCullah by Saml. Evans their attorney, and Benjamin C. Haslet by Saml Evans Jr. his attorney, Martha McCullah and Saml. Evans, all heirs at law of Joseph McCullah Senr. decd, quit claim land sold to John Duncan decd by said McCullah decd, part of the place that said McCullah lived on at his death (no acreage). Wit.
