This Richard Luttrell is not referred to as “of Luttrellstown” which likely means it is not Sir Thomas Luttrell’s father, Richard. It may be referring to Richard, 
son of Thomas Luttrell, who did not yet hold the prominent position of Chief Justice and has not yet inherited Luttrellstown.
